Yes or No Challenge is a quiz game in which the player competes against the CPU or another player. The player answers their opponent's question, and then their opponent answers their question. Their winnings result from the value of their answer minus the value of their opponent's answer.
The player earns cash to upgrade their avatar. The game uses items to establish cash values. Each player places items into slots under the Yes and No answer options. Neither player sees the items when answering a question. The player must strategically arrange the potential winnings so that the other player's answer results in only a small decrease in the amount of cash from the value of their previous answer.
Before the player answers their opponent's question, their opponent selects items. Even if the player guesses incorrectly, they automatically receive hidden cash based on the associated item's worth. For example, a laptop has a higher value than a hot pepper. The player must then select and place two items. Their opponent makes a guess, and then the game subtracts the value of their opponent's item from the value of their item.
Yes or No Challenge offers the player free cash if they watch advertisements. They can double the amount of their winnings by watching ads. If they decide to switch between one-player and two-player modes, their total cash balance carries over from one mode to the other.
