Can You Guess the Word?! is a word puzzle game. The player's goal is to guess a word that describes images displayed on the screen. This game isn't timed. As a result, the player can take as long as necessary to come up with an answer.
The game displays four images. These pictures might display anything from drawings of cars to photographs of chairs. The player must determine the common element across the subjects of each image based on two rows of round-cornered letter tiles displayed below the images.
It's important to note that the player can't undo a move after they select a letter. For this reason, they must guess the correct word before they select any letter tiles.
Can You Guess the Word?! provides the player with a hint tool in the form of a green help button below the letter tiles. When the button can provide a hint, it displays a cut gemstone icon. The player pays for each hint with 10 rubies. They track their ruby points above the upper-right picture.
If the player uses all the available rubies, the button displays an advertising video icon instead of a gem. They must then watch a video to earn more rubies. They receive 50 ruby points for every video. They also receive ruby points every time they solve a word puzzle.
