Panda Block is a block-puzzle game that features gems in gold polyomino-shaped jewelry pieces. A Chinese black-and-white panda loves gems. The player's goal is to place pieces of jewelry on a dark-gray 10x10 board to create and remove 10-block horizontal rows and vertical columns of cut gems to earn as many points as possible.
The player can place the pieces anywhere on the board. They don't need to worry about arranging pieces by color. Instead, they create and remove 10-block gemstone lines. They earn the most points when they create and remove multiple gemstone lines with the placement of one piece of jewelry to complete the lines.
When the player successfully creates one or more lines at a time, the game changes the colors of all gemstones in the line or lines to match the last placed block and then breaks the gems into shards that it drops off the bottom of the screen.
Panda Bloock displays the player's current score below the board on the right side. If the player must restart the game, their last-best score appears under the board on the left.
How to play:
Review the three available pieces of jewelry below the board. Place each one. Attempt to create more than one partial side-by-side 10-block line, and then place a single piece of jewelry to complete the multiple lines. Place the gemstone shapes for as long as possible. If necessary, replay to beat the last score.
Mouse: Click UI elements. To slide a polyomino-shaped piece of gemstone jewelry to the board, position the cursor above it, press the left button, and then drag it to the board.
Mobile: Tap elements. To slide a piece of jewelry to the board, position the cursor, press the touch pad or screen, and then drag it to the board.
