Block Puzzle: Brain Test is an endless block puzzle game that features blocks with modern, bright colors and neon highlights. On an 8x8 grid floating in space, the player creates eight-block rows and columns using various polyomino shapes. Every time they create one or more lines, the game removes the blocks from the grid and rewards points. The player's goal is to play as long as possible to earn the most points.
The game displays the first three shapes below the grid. The player place all three shapes to receive additional ones in sets of three. They can receive the highest number of points by creating more than one row or column at a time. When performing a combination move, they create partial lines and then use one shape to complete the lines. If the player runs out of space to place shapes, all shapes on the grid turn gray. They must then start over or watch a video to continue play.
Block Puzzle: Brain Test displays the player's highest previous score next to a large-handled golden trophy near the upper-left corner. When the player inevitably runs out of moves, they can use this score as motivation to play longer the next time.
