Marble Dash is a match-3, marble-shooting game that features a pinball-style track and an Ancient Egyptian theme. The marbles on the track roll toward an exit. The player must shoot projectile marbles at these marbles to remove them from the track. The game features a Levels Mode and an Endless Mode. With Levels, the player must achieve certain goal to unlock additional levels. With Endless, the player explores a mysterious land and unlocks new lands that are sealed with chains and locks.
No matter the mode, the player must match and connect three or more of the same marbles (color and pattern match). When the marbles disappear, they produce energy that infuses a crystal at the bottom left corner. The power in a full crystal gives the player an explosive blast marble. Like bubble shooters, the player can switch between two marbles in the shooter to choose the one that best matches the closest marbles.
In Marble Dash, the player can also collect five keys to open a treasure chest. When they watch advertisements, they receive free coins and prizes directly or via a spin wheel. They can use the coins to improve their launch and moving speeds and points. The game also features a variety of helpful boosters, such as a pause marble that stops the movement of the track marbles temporarily and a rainbow marble that takes out any color.
