Merge
Merge and Decor is a merge-style, home-renovation game. A player must merge items on a board to create other items needed to complete tasks. Non-player characters reward the player with stars to use to perform renovations and decorate various areas of a dilapidated home.
The game board displays accessible household items, chain-wrapped items and sealed boxes. The player receives a task from a NPC character, such as merging two sponges to create a scrub brush or two bars of soap to create liquid soap in a bottle. They trade the new item for one or more stars, if it's the item needed to complete the task, or sell it for coins. They can also use it to break the chain on the same type of item and reveal hidden items. Lastly, they can create a second similar item and merge the two items to make a completely different new item.
Merge and Decor offers several additional methods to acquire items. The player can find hidden items inside of other items. They can also complete a certain number of tasks to earn a treasure chest that contains items.
How to play:
Merge one item with a matching item to create a new one. Merge an accessible item with a chained one to break the chain and reveal items in boxes. Select an accessible item with an energy lightning bolt to generate new items. Collect stars and use them to perform upgrades.
Controls:
Mouse: To select a button, icon or accessible item, click or double-click it. To merge items or break the chain around an item, position the cursor above the accessible item, press the left button, slide the item to the other item, and then release the button.
Mobile: To select a button, icon or accessible item, tap or double-tap it. To merge items or break the chain around an item, position the cursor, press the touch pad or screen, slide the item to the other item, and stop pressing the surface.
