Roller Coaster, an arcade-style, hypercasual, roller-coaster simulator, puts the player in the position of controlling a roller coaster train above stunningly beautiful, high-altitude backdrops on a dangerous, gravity-defying, loop-de-loop track filled with obstacles. While traveling at "breakneck" speeds, the player must avoid all obstacles, collect cash floating along the track, keep the train cars or wagons from going off the rails and pick up passengers. If they fail, some or all of their passengers fall screaming through open air to their deaths.
The game gives the player simple tools for meeting their goals. For example, the player can tip the wagons slightly left or right to pick up cash or passengers floating from balloons near the track. That said, the obstacles placed in front of the player aren't as simple. For example, some sections of the track are missing entirely. The game places spikes in the way. If the player fails to tip the train at just the right moment away from these or other obstacles, they lose one or more wagons. After the player collects a specific amount of cash, they can upgrade the appearance of the passengers and wagons.
It's important to note that Roller Coaster is a Unity-based game. It may not work properly on devices that have low memory or few resources for online gameplay. Onscreen errors can occur, including long initial loading and retry loading times and error message popups.
