Kitty Scramble is a word puzzle game. An orange tabby cat wants to show the player locations around the world. They can only offer this adventure to players willing to complete word puzzles. For every correct puzzle, the player earns coins and stars. The stars unlock new locations.
The player starts in San Francisco, with the backdrop for each level a room or other site in the city. The player receives word categories. For example, the cat might request the names of drinks, words of specific lengths or words that start with a certain letter or describe an object. In a category, the cat offers empty spaces that represent the number of letters per required word. The cat provides letter tiles below this area. The player then guesses words based on tile positioning to fill the spaces.�
Kitty Scramble helps the player by providing various tools, such as a hint button and a shuffle button. The player receives free access to these tools initially. That said, eventually they must use their coins or view videos to gain continued access.
The game also supplies the player with free rewards. For example, if they create 10 extra words the cat doesn't require for any level categories, they receive a present.
