Block Game, a block-puzzle game, tasks a player with removing blocks from a 10x10 gray board that displays a light gray grid. It presents an empty board to the player. They must drag polyomino shapes made of blocks to it to create rows and columns. Every time they complete a line, the game automatically removes it and rewards the player with points. Their goal is to continue this process for as long as possible to earn the highest possible score. If they fail, they must watch an advertisement to continue or restart the game entirely and try to beat their last-best score.
The player earns the most points by completing combination moves. They create partial lines using the shapes until they only need one final one to complete multiple lines. The player must use all three blocks before more appear beneath the board. If they do well, multiple lines disappear, and they receive praise from the game and a higher-than-standard number of points.
Block Game warns the player that they're about to complete one or more lines. All the blocks in the line or lines rotate slightly left and right, creating the illusion of a haze.
