Basket & Ball, also stylized as Basket and Ball, is a sports platformer that tasks the player with directing a masculine anthropomorphic ball across platforms and around deadly obstacles in a stadium arena to reach and pass through a feminine basketball hoop. The game has 50 levels. The player must complete a level or use the skip option to unlock the next level.
The player helps the ball reach the hoop during timed gameplay. They also collect up to three floating stars per level by directing the ball to bounce through the stars. They must achieve their goals before time runs out.
Basket and Ball features a variety of obstacles and traps, including platforms and walls covered in nails that can pop the ball and mats that reduce the ball's bouncing ability. That said, the game also supplies helpful features. It offers energized bounces, trampolines that increase bounce height, and a green targeting line. The player can also bounce the ball off surfaces to reach an area and on top of objects to generate a crushing motion.
Important note: Parents of young children should review this game. Some players might interpret the noises and comments by the characters as adult-themed and more appropriate for adults than children.
