Skibidi Toilet Rampage is a fighting game with a race element in the popular Skibidi Toilet animated and game series. The player helps a version of the Cameraman that wears a suit with wide white lapels and a pink tie fight basic and boss Skibidi Toilet monsters on platforms in levels-style play. To win a level, they must direct him past a black-and-white checkered finish line. They don't need to defeat every Skibidi Toilet. They just need to help him reach the end of each level successfully.
The player directs the Cameraman to roll, slide, kick, punch and dodge while he faces off against a variety of Skibidi Toilets, including toilets on top of columns and toilets that have two legs. They must also direct him to safety past traps, such as panels that feature spikes that randomly burst up out of the platform. If the player allows the Cameraman to receive too many hits from a Skibidi Toilet or trap, he dies. He also dies if he runs or rolls off the edge of a platform.
Skibidi Toilet Rampage supplies the player with a booster that restores the Cameraman's health and increases his size and musculature. It's a medical kit marked with a plus sign. The game allows the player to use this option once for free. Afterward, they must watch an ad to gain access to it.
