Agent Walker vs. Skibidi Toilets is a three-dimensional, third-person shooter that places the player in deadly situations across 10 levels of the animated Skibidi Toilet world. As a white-suit-wearing agent cameraman in a four-limbed robotic mech walker, the player fights Skibidi Toilet monsters using four of up to six available weapons at a time, including a sawed-off shotgun, a rocket launcher, a katana-style sword and a motorized handheld Gatling gun.
The player initially fights basic Skibidi Toilets. They eventually fight spider and five-headed Skibidi varieties and the boss-level Toilet G-Man. During each fight, the player can monitor their avatar's health meter at the top-left corner and the number of collected coins below it. They can also track the movements of Skibidi Toilets via a mini-map at the top-right corner.
In Agent Walker vs. Skibidi Toilets, the player can make 14 upgrades to the agent's health and ability to attract coins. They can also upgrade his head to various types of cameras, arcade games, speakers and other electronics, as well as some non-tech items like a trophy. If the player wants to double their coins, they must watch an advertisement.
