You vs 100 Skibidi Toilets is a third-person shooter based on the Skibidi Toilet animated series. The player must stop the Skibidi Toilets, monsters represented by heads in toilets, from taking over the world. They join the fight as a heroic Cameraman who records actions and destroys enemy hordes.
The player initially receives cash to perform upgrades. Over time, as they push back the enemy, they win additional money that they can use to buy new weapons, such as grenades or a nail gun. They also earn access to specific weapons by watching advertisements. The game allows the player to earn a variety of helpful tools this way, including endless ammo and invulnerability. The player also uses their coins to upgrade the Cameraman's head and body. Head options include a flat-screen TV, a gramophone, a megaphone, a speaker and a tablet.
You vs 100 Skibidi Toilets doesn't make stopping the enemy easy. The horde quickly surrounds the character in a battle locale. The player must use different physical moves and weapons to stop it. For example, they might need to climb, jump or roll. That said, if they perform the latter action, they use stamina. One way to prevent this loss is by using hand grenades and explosive red fuel barrels at the start of a battle to thin the horde.
