Nose Hospital is a semi-realistic simulation game that focuses on cosmetic and emergency medical procedures. The player helps patients with facial problems as an unseen healthcare worker (i.e., physician's assistant, nurse practitioner, general practitioner or specialist).
The player performs a lot of different procedures. They might need to stop thick mucus and nasal congestion, remove blackheads and cysts from the skin, restore chapped lips, or clear away cold sores and red eyes. They might also need to reduce inflammation and stop infection after the removal of jewelry (i.e., nose barbell with studs or an eyelid ring).
The game provides the player with a lot of helpful medical tools, such as tweezers, a suction tube, a nasal irrigation device, hot steam cloths, medications, syringes and better replacement jewelry. With the successful completion of every medical procedure, they receive cash, which the game displays in the upper-right corner. They can multiply the amount of money by watching an ad. They then use the cash or additional video views to unlock more tools.
