Human Ball 3D is a three-dimensional, ball-style, dash racing game that requires a player to create a ball made of as many humans as possible and reach the end of the racetrack. The humans automatically form the ball, and it then automatically starts rolling down a white race track floating on water as soon as the player interacts with the screen.
The track features people standing or moving around that the player can direct the human ball to collect. It also has floating coins that the player can later use to unlock and select other types of humans. They need thousands of coins to unlock these skins. That said, they can watch ad videos to receive hundreds of coins for free at a time.
The game also allows the player to improve their chances of winning by supplying them with manpower and income cards at the start of each race. The player can use their coins or watch ads to level up these areas.
Human Ball 3D features many common threats found in these types of racing games. For example, the player must direct the ball away from brick walls that can decrease the number of humans in the ball or break it apart entirely, pools of lava that disintegrate that ball, and up ramps to fling it across gaps in the track. One positive feature is that the player can roll the ball through blue semi-transparent gates to restore lost humans or generally increase the size of the ball.
