L.O.L. Surprise!: O.M.G. (Outrageous Millennial Girls) Style Studio is a dress-up game. The player helps a group of girls look their best by completing trending style missions.
On a smartphone app, the player reviews the latest trending clothing and accessories in a square with a descriptive hashtag (i.e., #cool girl, #dollie, #ready to rock, #fashion princess, #stylez, #la rose, #biker queen, #mom doesn't know, #motor girl, #classic beauty, #bad girl, #crimson love, #busy bb, #snow white, #chillax, #candylicious and #fan girl). They then use the style studio to find and buy the specific pieces to outfit the girl. The game offers dozens of locked missions that the player unlocks by completing outfit selections successfully.
The player receives 2,000 gold coins to start. They use a button labeled with a hanger icon to access fashion categories that include tops, bottoms, shoes and accessories. They select or buy items. With each correct purchase, a purple ring around the smartphone button turns pink.
L.O.L. Surprise!: O.M.G. (Outrageous Millennial Girls) Style Studio prompts the player to take a selfie to show off the look on social media to earn likes and money. The player must select a catwalk background and pose, and then use a camera button to take the shot. They can perform a screenshot using a photo album icon near the top-right corner of the social media photo or return to the style studio to complete the next mission.
The player can also switch to another doll with different hair, eyes, skin tone and pose by using a button marked with a doll's head and stars. As with the clothing and catwalk, they can select free options or use their coins to buy one.
