Rally Champion
Race
Rally Champion is a backroad racing game set on 10 unique trails in rural areas with stunning pine forests and cheering crowds. A player's goal is to try to achieve the best possible time to rank high on a leaderboard.
The player doesn't receive options to customize their car or drive in a realistic fashion. They can't spin out of control, run off a trail beyond the shoulder or crash into another vehicle. They can't even push a gas pedal or brake.
Instead, the player must focus on how to direct their car around other vehicles and drive across white arrows that increase their car's speed. In this way, Rally Champion share qualities with many popular dash games.
Rally Champion also provides the player with a lot of information about the length and shape of a trail to make it easier for them to navigate each race. It displays maps of a trail before and during a race. The race minimap updates in real-time to show the locations of every vehicle and the rough distance to the finish line.
How to play:
Direct the car to the left or right around the other nine vehicles. Stay near the center of the trail as much as possible to prevent other vehicles from blocking along the shoulder. Drive across white arrows to boost the car's speed.
Controls:
Keyboard: To direct the car, press the Left Arrow and Right Arrow keys.
Mouse: Slide the mouse to move the cursor to a spot on the trail, and then click the left button.
Another option to steer the car: Press the left button, and slide the mouse in a direction.
Mobile: Slide the finger or stylus across the trackpad or touchscreen to move the cursor to a spot on the trail, and then tap the spot.
Another option: Press the finger or stylus to the surface, and slide it in a direction.
