Master Solitaire is a Klondike Solitaire card game that challenges a player to display their mastery of the game. The player's goal is to remove all cards from the seven columns at the center of a classic gradient-green tabletop and a draw pile in the upper-left area to empty foundation spaces labeled with suit icons in the upper-right area.
The player completes their task by first using column and deck cards to create new, descending order (K, Q, J...) column builds of alternating-color, non-suit cards. They then transfer all cards to the foundation spaces to complete ascending order (A, 2, 3...) piles of color-matched, suit-based cards.
Master Solitaire provides the player with both hint and undo buttons designed to help them finish their work. It also allows them to reload the face-up waste-pile cards to recreate the draw pile an unlimited number of times.
The game features settings buttons along the top of the screen that help the player customize their experience. The player can choose easy one-card draw via the Turn 1 button or make gameplay more difficult with a harder three-card draw via the Turn 3 button. If a game proves too difficult, they can try again with the New Game button.
The player can customize the design of the cards for free by using the Skins button. The design options include classic, vintage, stars, skeleton, pirate, pixel, minimalist and gem themes.
