Spider Solitaire Blue by GameBoss is simply a blue tabletop form of GameBoss' popular online Spider Solitaire games. Depending on the version of the game that the player selects at the start screen, their primary goal is to restack piles of mixed up cards on the table into one or more suits.
Spider Solitaire Blue gives the player the option to play using one, two or four suits (i.e. hearts, spades, clubs and diamonds). For example, if they select "1 Suit" from the start screen options, then they're presented with 10 piles of cards that all feature one suit, such as spades. Unlike GameBoss' 2 Suits Spider Solitaire, this game also offers a deck of cards at the bottom right corner of the screen to pull new cards from rather than an eleventh pile.
The player must arrange the vertical piles of cards by descending orders, which means they must eventually form piles starting with the King card and ending with the Ace card (i.e. K, Q, J... 3, 2, A). If they need new cards to help them continue to build their descending suits, the player faces a difficult obstacle. The deck releases cards to every mixed up pile when they tap it.
A timer keeps track of their gameplay at the top left corner of the screen. A scoreboard tracks their points at the top right corner of the screen. GameBoss gives the player the ability to undo their moves without any restrictions. The player can also pause the game at any time using the button at the bottom left corner of the screen.
