Golf Solitaire is a traditional card game invented in France on the island of Jersey. The game's goal is to complete each round without building or executing any illegal moves. With the game over, you sometimes have to play a penalty shot, which is given for incorrect moves.
This game is suitable for all ages. It is used to test your patience and concentration skills, and of course, it is an excellent way to spend some time during the day.
There are two versions of Golf Solitaire: the traditional one and the modern version. The only difference is that you are not obliged to follow suit in the modern version.
The traditional setting of Golf Solitaire consists of fifty-two cards divided into four suits: spades, hearts, diamonds, and clubs. Each player will have thirteen cards to start the play, and seven cards are left on the table.
How to play:
Shuffle the cards. Deal the cards one by one, starting with the player to the dealer's left until thirteen cards are in every player's hand. Then deal the last seven cards face down on the table. The top move is for the player on the left of the dealer, who must pick up one card from the table and put it in his hand. The next move is for the player on his right, who will do the same. This goes on until someone has to put a card that does not match or has already been played. When this happens, this player will have to put one of their cards back in their hand and draw another card from the table.
Controls:
On android/ios: you can use the touchscreen to drag the cards and make their moves. You can also freeze the playing field with a long press on any card.
On a PC, you will have to press the left mouse button and rotate it using the mouse to move a card. You can also use your keyboard's arrow keys to make all your moves. You can also press the spacebar to use the pause menu if you have any available cards.
