Blocks Fevrio! is a block-puzzle game. The player attempts to play for as long as possible and earn the highest score by creating horizontal and vertical 8-block lines on a blue 8x8 grid using polyomino shapes formed from blocks.
During a round, the player receives three different-colored shapes to the right of the grid. They place the shapes until they create one or more lines with a final shape. The game rewards the player with the most points if they complete a combination move in which they remove multiple lines at the same time with the placement of one shape. The player also receives combo points if they complete lines within three moves.
Blocks Fevrio! offers placement recommendations. It makes a shape pulsate and displays a gray, highlighted blinking form of the shape against the grid. The player doesn't have to follow the recommendation. They can place a shape anywhere.
The game allows the player to continue to place shapes until they run out of moves. That said, it makes the placement of the shapes more difficult as they progress.
The player tracks their score as a white number at the top of the screen. If they lose a game, they track their highest score, the one to beat during the next game, as a yellow number next to a crown.
