Super Snappy Pet Hop is a casual competitive sports game presented by the Super Snappy social networking platform. The player directs their pet to jump on bouncy floating bullseye targets in water among white fir trees in a winter scene for as long as possible. They can play a random player or accept a challenge from a specific one for up to three rounds.
The player uses energy to pay a play fee. If they run out of energy, they receive more after a specific amount of time. That said, they can also earn five energy points by watching an advertisement.
The game requires the player to have excellent hand-eye coordination and timing. As with other Super Snappy games, they start with the basic two-tone brown, floating round dog as their pet, unless they have a registered account. Via their device interface, they direct the pet to hop from target to target. The game tests the player by placing targets in non-linear spots and even moving some targets around, as seen in archery games.
The player must often accept missions, such as achieving a specific number of bullseyes. Their pet also collects floating coins along the way. If they fail, the pet dies and the screen turns grayscale.
Super Snappy Pet Hop offers avatar skin upgrades, leaderboards and purchase options if the player sets up a registered account on the platform.
