Balance Puzzle is a casual science-based puzzle game. The player attempts to balance items in stacks across multiple levels in 15 categories during timed play. If some items fall from the stack or the player can't stack the items in time, the player fails the level. They must then start the category from the first level. They can't unlock the next category until they succeed in every level of the current one.
The player receives a small group of items to start. With each new level, they receive two item options and pick one to add to the next level round. During play, a green horizontal timer bar rapidly disappears from the screen. The player must have great hand-eye coordination and at least a basic understanding of gravity and friction to keep items from sliding or toppling off the stack.
That said, Balance Puzzle gives the player multiple chances to put an item back on the stack if it falls off, as long as the timer remains green. They can also use a green undo button marked with a white semi-circular arrow to reverse a previous item placement and try again.
