ASMR Slicing is a skill-based game that combines elements from knife-slicing and water-in-glass games. The player's goal is to earn as many points as possible by slicing fruit to add to a food processor to create yummy fruity beverages. The game's name refers to the peaceful and contented feeling created by the music and the slicing sound.
The game presents an open-jar food processor with spinning blades below an opening formed by the positioning of two diagonal blue walls designed to act like a funnel. Each level of the game drops one or more whole fruits, such as apples, kiwis, oranges, pears and strawberries onto blue geometric shapes that block the opening.
The player uses red-handled safety scissors that appear when they interact with the screen to slice up the whole fruit into small enough pieces to drop through spaces between the shapes into the waiting processor. They receive only 20 attempts, represented as a number near the upper-left corner, to complete the task. The appliance then chops and liquifies the fruit until it forms a beverage.
ASMR Slicing makes play more difficult over time by increasing the number of fruits. It rewards the player with points and up to three stars per level. The player receives double coins if they watch an advertisement at the end of each level or when claiming daily rewards. The game also bursts square pieces of colorful confetti across the screen and displays a smiling, happy face.
