Pyramid Solitaire Blue is an online card game that offers Pyramid Solitaire play for a single player on a virtual tabletop that features a diamond-pattern blue background. The game requires the player to remove all cards from the table by following classic Pyramid Solitaire rules.
The player starts with cards layered in the shape of a pyramid. They remove each top layer, which starts at the bottom of the structure, when two cards equal a value of 13 when added together (i.e., A+Q, 2+J, 3+10, 4+9, 5+8 and 6+7). The King card equals 13 automatically. It's the only card the player can remove as a single card.
If the game doesn't provide the player with one or more pairs or a King on the top layer, the player then uses the draw pile to find a match. They draw cards from it until they find one that can help them reach the value with a top-layer card or they come across a King.

Pyramid Solitaire Blue makes the game more interesting by tracking the player's time and rewarding bonus points based on their speed. It provides the player with an undo back arrow button to correct a bad move and a hints button that reveals five matches or prompts the player to use the draw pile.
The game also allows the player to select the backs of the cards on the main menu, which they can access via the hamburger menu icon at the bottom-left corner. The selection includes a cabin in the woods, a mountain valley village, vintage automobiles, an elephant, a frog and a flower watering can.
