Bubble Shooter Game, offers a player all the bubble-popping fun of the original combined with levels and booster gameplay. The player attempts to earn points as they progress through levels by popping bubble balls on rows that hang on a playfield above a dashed gray horizontal line. They only stop earning points and must start over if they allow any bubbles from the rows to slide down the screen and touch the line.
The game provides the player with a rotating arrow-style ring shooter that features a swap-projectile option. The player shoots any colored projectile bubble ball at the bubbles on the field. When they match the ball with two or more linked balls, the bubbles pop. Any bubbles underneath that have no anchor to the rest of the rows drop to the line, bounce and pop. The game rewards points for popped field and dropped bubbles. It also rewards points when the player pops large groups with a single shot.
Bubble Shooter Game has a pass system as well. The player can shoot at the rows without popping bubbles five times, as tracked with five silver bubble balls at the lower-left side of the screen. When they make more mistakes, the game adds a row above the field. It offsets this challenge by also providing helpful boosters and upgrades, including a red aim crosshair to target wall shots better, black bombs with rope fuses to blow up an area, a rainbow bubble wild card that matches any color, and a third projectile on the ring. That said, the player must watch ads to access these options.
