Arcade Rope is a casual stickman game that asks a player to help a stranded stickman perform tasks. On an island, someone has tied a red-and-white, striped bungee rope to the stickman's waist. The other end of the rope comes out of a dark hole. The stickman attempts to earn money and prepare the island and other similar islands for new development by demolishing everything in his path.
The player directs the stickman to wrap the rope around buildings and other objects. Their goal is to use the pressure from it to destabilize the structures. They can help the stickman demolish old wooden shacks with metal roofs, newer concrete and stone buildings, and palm trees. They then direct him to gather the wooden planks and toss the stack down the hole to trade for cash. The player uses the money to extend the length of the stickman's rope and increase his stack capacity and income.
Arcade Rope doesn't involve complicated play. With a longer rope, higher capacity and better income, the player can complete each level's demolition tasks faster. With a shorter rope, the player directs the stickman to stretch the rope too far, which turns the rope red and fails to create enough pressure.
The player can also perform upgrades by watching advertisements.
