In Paper IO 2 you must capture new territories and defeat enemies. You start with a small Island that you must grow by adding new areas. Connect new island to create a larger area. You are safe on your own ground but once you are outside you are vulnerable. When an opponent touches you or your tail your game is over. Attack other players to clear them from the game.
