Tennis Open 2024 is a sports game based on real-world tennis rules, matches and championships. The player, via a tennis player avatar, learns how to play like a professional. When they perform well and win matches, they receive trophies. Their ultimate goal is to win five matches in a row to win a Grand Slam trophy.
The game gives the player the option to learn how to play via a Training mode that features easy, medium and hard difficulty levels. The player can practice using the controls to direct their avatar's movements. Once they feel that they understand the controls, they enter the Championship mode, which involves country-based competitions. They can review the trophies they win by accessing the Collections mode on the main screen.
Tennis Open 2024 also allows the player to use the golden coin money they receive from winning a match to upgrade their avatar's accuracy, speed and reaction so the character performs better. Additionally, they can upgrade their racket's accuracy and speed to enhance the avatar's skills.
How to play:
Practice directing the avatar's movements in the Training mode. Enter and win Championship matches. Win at least five trophies during consecutive matches to acquire the Glam Slam trophy. Use any saved coins to perform character and racket upgrades.
Controls:
Mouse: Click buttons. To make the avatar send the ball to a specific spot on the tennis court during the first turn or serve, position the cursor above the spot and then click the left button. To direct the avatar to return the ball, click and drag the mouse.
Mobile: Tap buttons. To direct the avatar to serve the ball from the start, position the cursor above a spot and then tap the touch pad or screen. To direct the avatar to return the ball, tap and drag the finger or stylus.
