Mahjong Match Club is a sliding-tile matching game. The player's goal is to turn over every white tile displayed on a round-cornered board so that only the face-up green backs are visible. They must flip pairs of matching tiles directly next to each other or aligned horizontally or vertically with no face-up tiles in between.
The game offers three modes (Train, Easy and Hard). No matter the mode, the player only needs to select one tile to flip both it and its match. If the player can't make an immediate match, they can swap the positions of two tiles or slide a tile or partial row or column of tiles across any green backs to make an alignment that results in the game auto-flipping at least one matching pair of tiles.
Mahjong Match Club provides five free tips and two free shuffles to help the player win the game. When they use the tips option, the game highlights every possible pair with flashing yellow. When the player uses the shuffle option, the game shuffles around the remaining face-up tiles to make finding new pairs easier. If the player runs out of these options, they must watch ads to earn more.
If the player starts over, they only receive one of each option the next time. That said, the game restores tips and shuffles over time automatically. If the player wins, they also receive these tools as rewards, as long as they watch ads.
