Feller 3D is a three-dimensional, first-person-perspective, lumberjack simulation game that also features a home-construction element. A player is given every opportunity to experience realistic sawing and preparation of trees, logs and tools.
The player uses a chainsaw in the beginning to cut down a tree. The immersive experience even shows them a lumberjack's perspective of watching the top of the tree as it falls. They eventually move on to other tools that help them cut logs, strip away branches, load logs onto a truck, grind and recycle pieces and stumps and clean up the area. They also clean and repair their tools.
Feller 3D rewards the player with planks after they complete part of their job. They can earn up to x3 with a multiplier if they watch an advertisement. They're also rewarded coins for reaching certain achievements. They build new houses using the planks. Although the game performs the physical building in a non-simulation way, the player chooses the house style, landscaping and other design elements based on three options provided per category.
The game provides a slot machine that the player can play with coins as well. Winnings from the machine include additional coins, planks, tools and golden tickets. They don't need to match three in a row on the machine to receive a prize. They can also intermittently pick a treasure chest that reveals additional winnings.
