Favorite Puzzles is a tiling game that features 60 high-quality jigsaw-cut images in sizes and difficulty levels ranging from six (easy) to 600 (hard) pieces. For every completed puzzle, the player receives points represented by cut, polished green malachite stones. They receive the highest points for completing the hardest puzzles. They can also earn malachite by opening gifts and watching ads.
The player can create their own puzzle from a favorite photo or other image, pick the daily puzzle, or select a puzzle from one of more than 40 topic categories, including animals, nature, pets, vehicles, railways, music, architecture, space, white, red, orange, yellow, blue, green, purple, sport, sky, city, graffiti, sweets, dark, gold, bridges, fruits and dance. To access some categories and puzzles, they must have 999 malachite.
Favorite Puzzles allows the player to modify the virtual table with a different color or grid via the settings gear icon. It then walks the player through using two right vertical navigation bars with a basic puzzle. The first bar, directly to the right of the puzzle, displays all available pieces. The second bar to the right of it offers tools. The player can use a hint option to see the exact spot to place a piece, a landscape option to partially or completely reveal the original image, a show edges option to update the first bar with edge pieces only, or a shuffle option to rearrange pieces on the bar randomly.
