Bubble Balls: Shoot and Connect is a Suika-style merge game that initially features balls with bubble shapes. Over time, the player can use their merge winnings, or star points, to purchase other ball skins, including fruits and planets. They can also buy bonus tools that help them complete merges and new backgrounds that include a grass lawn with flowers and a nighttime sky with constellations.
This merge-upwards game features a two-tone, blue-checkered-backed container against a gradient-blue sky background. The player receives a bubble ball at the bottom center, below a white-dotted horizontal line. They use a targeting line that narrows, widens and then narrows to a point to aim and create a path for their first bubble-ball projectile. When the player's ready, they release the ball and it speeds upward, possibly spins, and then bounces against surfaces and rolls. As play progresses, small balls typically roll across the rounded fronts of larger balls and slide into gaps.�
Bubble Balls: Shoot and Connect provides the player with a preview of the next projectile to the left of the main one. If the container fills too much, they can use a button at the bottom-left corner to watch an ad and pop one of the bubbles. The lower-right side allows them to use bonuses (i.e., a rainbow swirl bubble ball that auto-merges with any colored bubble and a button marked with a blue bubble and squiggly hat shakes the bubbles into new positions).
