Basketball Kings 2024 is the most recent version of the popular Basketball Kings click-tap sports game series. The player must become the king by making shot after shot on four fantasy-realistic basketball courts (Beach, Cyberpunk, Hall and Street).
The player can complete this task via two timed modes of play. They can enter a ball mode that earns them a new ball from five locked ones per each court after they achieve a certain number of shots. They can enter a court mode in which they complete specific tasks in one court to unlock the next one.
Above a court, a horizontal bar timer with a purple fill decreases from right to left the moment after the player makes a shot. The player must then keep making shots to reset the timer. The game challenges the player by moving around the hoop, net and backboard in up-and-down and side-to-side motions or by dropping a new ball randomly from different heights and onto different spots.
Basketball Kings 2024 presents the player with their best score out of all games at the top-left corner. If the player runs out of time, they must attempt to beat that score during the next challenge.
