Rock Roll Puzzle is a pixelated arcade-style logic puzzle game similar to the classic Sokoban. Instead of pushing around crates to open up a path for a warehouse worker, as seen in that game, the player helps an avatar push around white boulders in garden mazes to create paths that lead to treasure chests.
The mazes feature unmovable gray boulders and round bushes instead of hedges. Each maze makes movement difficult by either forcing the player to direct the character to push the white boulders into holes in the ground or into new positions that open up a clear path.
The player must pick the correct set of steps to reposition the boulders. This game is also similar to sliding-tile games that require a player to use logic to help characters reach goals.
Rock Roll Puzzle requires the player to direct the character to pick up keys along the way. If they make a mistake, it's okay. They can reload any level for free without needing any type of coin, energy point or other in-game payment.
