Draw To Smash is a drawing-based logic-puzzle game. Against a scenic backdrop, the player draws a metal object inside a white box to smash one or more bad eggs across 50 normal levels. The player's secondary objective is to earn enough coins to unlock additional challenging levels.
The player draws an object using the cursor and the mouse, finger or stylus. They can only draw within the drawing area. When they finish, the game drops the created object. In some instances, the player must create a swinging tool on a screw peg to break a bad egg hidden in a hard-to-reach spot. They might also use other tools, such as a provided vehicle tire that drops on top of or rolls into bad eggs.
This game shares similarities with popular save-style drawing games like Protect the Dog, Save the Doge and Save My Pets. On some levels, the player doesn't create objects to only smash red-eyed bad eggs. They draw to protect good eggs as well. For example, the player might draw a bar above good eggs that drops into grooves to create a horizontal barrier to protect those eggs from a tire that the player can also use on the same level to smash bad eggs.
Draw To Smash displays the coins the player wins at the upper-left corner of the screen. On the home screen, the player uses the Challenge Levels button to unlock the more difficult levels with their winnings.
