Water Pool Heroes.io is a multiplayer snake game that prompts a player to grow a chain of rubber ducks attached to a duck-theme donut float inside of a giant pool. The player must help a stickman avatar grow their chain as long as possible while trying to outlast other players.
The player can't direct their avatar into any other avatar or chain. Even if their chain is longer, the avatar is thrown out of the float. The entire chain collapses as well.
Water Pool Heroes.io offers the player a lot of methods to grow their avatar's chain. It features green and red gates that appear and disappear intermittently in the pool. When the player directs their avatar through a green gate, they level up in various ways. They can acquire a magnet for a few seconds and increase the chain's length with a multiplier.
If the avatar goes through a red gate, they lose pieces of the chain. The game also uses traps and threats, such as rotating saw blades and spiked columns.
When the player does well, they receive coins that they can use to upgrade the avatar's face and head, float color and power. They can also buy a completely different character, such as a penguin, smiley face or unicorn. They can earn coins by watching advertisements, trying their luck with a spin wheel and collecting keys that open treasure chests.
