Eliza's Neon Hairstyle is a dress-up game in which a young woman named Eliza, who has yellowish-platinum hair, needs help freshening up her look. She asks the player to color her hair with neon highlights and cut and style the locks. The player also helps Eliza pick matching makeup and an outfit.
The game is divided into three areas (Spa, Challenge and Creativity). In the Spa mode, the player rinses and washes the hair with shampoo and conditions it with conditioner and a hair mask. In the Challenge mode, they must attempt to cut and style her hair to match four photographs. They receive multiple salon tools, including a pick-style comb, scissors, a hairdryer, a curling iron, a flat iron and spray-on neon dyes. Afterward, the player completes the first look with a combination of makeup products (lipstick, blush, eyebrow pencil and contacts) and a dress or top and bottom.
Eliza's Neon Hairstyle rewards the player with up to five stars for their work. It also includes a camera to auto-download a copy of the image to a computer or mobile device. When the player finishes the photograph, they can return to the Challenge mode to try to match the next unlocked image or visit the Creativity area to create custom hairstyles for the character.
