ASMR: Cleaning is an educational makeover game that focuses on hygiene and the treatment of health problems across various areas of the human body. The player navigates a foot spa, a manicure station that handles pedicures, a lip care area, and an ear-cleaning spot. Their goal is to successfully clean the feet, lips and ears using various specialized tools.
The player begins by selecting one of the four areas to clean. If they select the foot spa, for example, they use the tools that appear on the screen per step to complete tasks. They wash the feet, remove dirt from under the toenails, trim the toenails, remove dead skin, remove pustules, use cotton swabs to disinfect wounds, dress the areas, scrub the skin and then apply a moisturizer. With the manicure station, they clean a single foot and treat the nails. With the lip area, they remove hair above the lips, apply and spread soothing gel, remove debris and apply lipstick.
In each area, ASMR: Cleaning provides a horizontal bar that the player must fill entirely to complete a task. If they ever have any difficulties, they can reload an area by watching an ad video.
