Farm Fun is a merge-style, sorting, logic-puzzle game with a livestock theme. It also features parking game elements. The player's goal is to direct various animals (traffic), such as pigs, sheep, goats and ponies, to stable stalls (parking spaces). They use sorting and merging mechanics to complete the task.
The animals wait in a partially fenced-in area near a dirt road. Sections of fence, blocks of hay, watering holes and some animals block other animals from the road. The player must move the animals closest to an opening between the fence sections onto the road first. Yet, the area to place the animals in stalls has a limited number of free spaces. The player must also merge two of the same type and color of animal to move each pair into the stable.
Farm Fun sometimes displays floating coins that the player must direct the animals to collect before leaving the fenced-in area. Additionally, the game offers boosters to help make play more interesting and fun. When the player does well, they earn up to three golden stars.
It's important to note that the player can receive free boosters, create additional space to merge animals, multiply winnings and revive after losing a round by watching advertisements.
