Evermatch is a match-3 puzzle game. The player helps a young woman and her raccoon friend find adventures and fun around the world by completing tasks via match-3 games across more than 2,000 levels!
Every time the player completes a specific number of levels, they receive a new postcard from the travelers. The characters start out in Brazil and travel to a wide range of countries, including Malaysia, East Africa, Greece, Indonesia, Mongolia, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, the Czech Republic, China, Ireland, Holland, West Africa, Bulgaria, Greenland, Turkey, Portugal, Japan, Finland, France, Kazakhstan, Mexico, the UK, South Korea, Poland, Nepal, Belarus, Egypt, Azerbaijan, Sweden, Uruguay, Jamaica, Italy, Romania and Turkmenistan.
Evermatch requires the player to group three or more matching pieces to remove the pieces from boards. To win a level, they might need to collect items like a certain number of pieces and seashells in baskets, destroy items like crates and wafers, and even roll back the tops of lids on tin cans.
The player receives coins via winnings, multipliers and ad viewing. The coins allow them to purchase special tools and boosters. The four main tools below the board perform tasks without using up a level's limited moves (i.e., a shovel that removes any piece, a purple rake that removes a vertical line, a green rake that removes a horizontal line, and a glove that swaps pieces). They can also create boosters with four or more matched pieces, such as rockets, bombs and rainbow pinwheels.
If the player merges boosters, they create new, more powerful ones. For example, if they combine a bomb and a rocket, they create two sets of three parallel rockets. If they combine a pinwheel and a bomb, they spread bombs to spaces occupied by pieces of one color. Two pinwheels clear an entire board.
