Pongs World is a casual action game with an arcade theme. The player receives an avatar and a house filled with classic arcade game machines. Each game leads to different in-world environments. The main room features five machines (Arena, The Alley, The Circuit, The Crossing and Treasure Hunt). Other rooms display new games and environments, including The Forest and The Maze. The player completes specific tasks to unlock doors to those rooms.
In the main room, two figures give the player's avatar assignments to win cash rewards, such as collecting a specific number of bricks for the warehouse, holding back zombies to give villagers time to escape, collecting zombie heads, and finding treasure chests and keys. With each arcade game, the player enjoys unique play. They might need to build a wall against zombies while refilling a brick-shooting turret, collect as much cash as possible before time runs out, or compete against other global players on a race course. The player also collects extra cash throughout the house. They then use their savings to perform avatar, capacity, turret and other upgrades.
Pongs World features idle gameplay that allows the player to win levels by turning on an auto-play option. The player also receives a pet that helps them collect bricks and perform other tasks. If they need additional cash to perform upgrades, they can watch ads or collect daily treasure chests that contain upgrades.
