Protect the gold!
Gold Tower Defense, a gacha-style, tower-defense game, offers a player countless hours of strategic fun across 80 story modes. The player's objective is to protect their gold, represented by a golden area with a flag, in a wide range of fantasy and real-world-adjacent environments from humans and monsters.
The player must install a variety of fixed-location towers and reinforcements along the road to provide their defense. They also use powerful weapons, such as meteors, fire bombs and ice crystals, to attack enemies who storm the road in waves. When dealing with individual capabilities, the game system uses "rock, paper, scissors" rules in which towers, heroes and enemies are only as strong as the associated attributes. The player needs to acquire as much in-game currency (gold, diamonds and rubies) as possible so that they can afford to install towers and purchase tower and hero upgrades.
Gold Tower Defense gives the player plenty of opportunities to earn or receive free what they need to make informed upgrades and strategic decisions. It has an extensive encyclopedia with unlockable sections. The player earns currency after daily challenges, completed missions and level success. The game issues a free gacha item approximately every 11 hours. The player can even pay for common, superior, rare, hero and legend gacha items using diamonds. If they need more lives, they can buy a heart bundle that contains five extra lives.
