Football Kick 3D is a soccer sports game. A player directs a stickman avatar down a field against an opposing team to win a soccer match. The match lasts only 40 seconds. When they knock the other team's members out of the way, win a match or achieve a new rank, they receive gold coins. When they experience a rank achievement, they receive hundreds of coins.
The player starts out on the Blue Crystal team. They can upgrade to other primary teams (Topaz, Amber or Diamond) or pick an entirely different character and team for 1,000 coins. Characters that represent other teams include a steel robot, a girl with pink cat ears and heart sunglasses, a ninja, a man in a suit, a superhero, a giant teddy bear, an astronaut and an angry chicken with purple hair.
Football Kick 3D doesn't penalize the player for running off the field. It also supplies them with several tools to determine the location of the ball at all times to help make play easier. It shows a soccer ball icon with a pointed side and a background that changes colors to indicate the team that has the ball. It also displays a narrow, bright yellow vertical bar on the screen to highlight the player with the ball.
