Fabby Golf is a sports game that focuses on unique golf courses and challenges. The player's goal is to direct a ball into a hole on every course to proceed through the game's many levels.
The player doesn't just deal with standard putting greens. They must contend with strange multi-colored course shapes that sometimes feature curved concave and convex surfaces or multi-tiered and incline platforms that can make the ball bounce in an odd direction or roll along an indirect or curved path. All early environments typically feature water, but the water and seasons change to represent casually designed realistic and fantasy themes. For example, several levels feature pink water and white ice floes. Thankfully, the game doesn't penalize the player for accidental water hazard shots.
The player can watch ads to change the ball to other types of balls. The options include a playground bouncy ball, a softball, a soccer ball, a basketball, a tennis ball, a beach ball and a volleyball.
Fabby Golf helps the player direct their shots with a white-outlined aiming arrow that fills with a color to indicate the amount of force used by the player for the shot. It also changes color to match the current theme.
