Party Animals: Cats Evolution is an incremental game with a merge requirement. The player's main goal is to merge pairs of identical square-shaped cat heads delivered to a summer valley field in gift boxes to create new cats for a party.
The game drops a gift box into the field every time an auto-gift-generation icon on the right sidebar recharges. When the player selects a box, they reveal the head inside. Each head floats around on the screen and automatically generates coin revenues. The player can also select a head repeatedly to manually generate coins.
When the player has two identical heads, they can drag one to the other to merge them. They can also wait for one to float close to its match and select it to prompt an automatic merge. The game then displays a fun description of a new cat's main personality and other traits.
The player uses their money to manually generate heads on the field. With this strategy, they can increase the speed of the automatic generation of money and the rate at which they merge and evolve cats.
Party Animals: Cats Evolution offers lucky loot chests. The player can open one automatically after the chest icon to the right of the auto-gift-generation icon recharges. The game also allows them to use a general shop to buy items and watch videos to receive items from a spin wheel and loot chests. In the upgrades shop, the player improves the upgrade time, loot box time and the cat in the gift.
