Jewel Quest is an online puzzle game that has been around for a while and has more than 5 million players worldwide. The game's object is to remove coloured jewels from a board by lining up identical jewels next to each other. A player's goal is to match three or more identical jewels together, vertically or horizontally. They can remove in any direction, and there are no time limits on the game.

If a match of three or more jewels is made, you will earn points, and the jewels will disappear. A new set of jewels will appear for you to continue the game.

The players' progress is saved as they go along through levels. Where you left off is remembered, so you can quit for a while and then play again later without starting from the beginning.
The player controls a ball and a trail of jewels which he draws along the board. The player must move the ball from space to space, removing jewels from the board. The game is over when all of the balls are gone.
