Hexa Sort Puzzle is an endless logic-puzzle sorting game that features hexagon-shaped tiles known as hexas. Against a dark gray background, the player sorts stacks of mixed-color hexas in sets of three on a grid of hexagon pavers. Their goals are to arrange the hexas into single-color stacks and earn a high score. They can also watch ads to earn enough coins to pay for access to boosters.
The player transfers stacks from the set below the grid onto empty paver spaces. When they place two stacks side by side that have top tiles of the same color, the tiles from one stack transfer to the other. After they create a single-color stack of a specific size, the game removes it from the grid and awards points in the upper-center area. If the player completes single-color stacks multiple times without disruptions, they earn bonus points for the combination moves.
Hexa Sort Puzzle offers three boosters. The player can pay to use a hammer that removes an entire stack of mixed-color hexas from any space, a hand that allows the player to reposition a stack in a new location, and arrows that replace the set of stacks below the grid with alternatives.
If the player loses a game, they can attempt to beat their last score, which the game displays in the top-left corner next to a gold crown. If they're willing to set up an account, they can compete with other online players on leaderboards via icons in the top-right corner.
