Number Click Merge is a click-tap block puzzle game with 2048 and match-3 elements. On a 5x6 board, the player clicks or taps blocks to create sets of three adjacent identical blocks that merge to form a single, one-digit-higher block. The player's ultimate goals are to evolve the blocks to increasingly higher numbers, earn as many points as possible from these merges, and play endlessly without running out of moves.
In 2048, the player typically merges two adjacent identical blocks to create a higher-numbered block that's the sum of the numbers on the merged blocks. With this game, merges only result in a block that's one digit higher. For example, three 1 blocks create a 2 block, three 3 blocks create a 4 block, and three 6 blocks create a 7 block.
The game presents the number of available moves as golden horizontal bars above the board. Every time the player clicks or taps a block, they increase the number atop it in an attempt to match the numbers on adjacent blocks. With every interaction, they lose a move. That said, every merge of three identical blocks adds a bar back to this area. The player also receives additional moves and points for performing combo merges in a streak.
Number Click Merge requires that the player reach a specific goal. When they perform well, they receive coins. They also receive coins by watching ad videos. When they have enough coins, they can buy tools below the board to swap two blocks or remove a block from the board.
