Solitaire Klondike: Deluxe is a card game. The player's objective is to transfer all cards from seven face-down and face-up layered columns and a draw pile to four foundation spaces that run vertically along the left side of the screen.
The player rearranges the cards to reveal the Aces and then builds up the foundation piles from Ace to King by suit. They can only complete this task by partially rebuilding the columns in descending standard order with alternating colors and suits. If they run out of column moves, they draw from the lower-right pile.
Solitaire Klondike: Deluxe doesn't allow the player to refresh the deck. After the player finishes drawing from it, they must use the cards one by one in the reverse draw order.
That said, the game doesn't require the even more difficult three-card draw. It also provides free cells under the top of each column for partial builds starting with Kings. Additionally, it features a bottom-center collapsible command bar that offers custom settings and helpful tools. The player can hide the bar from view when they don't need it.
With the Settings icon on the bar, the player can adjust sound, turn off the auto-hint option, select a left-hand deal, and turn off the three-card draw options. The Themes icon allows them to customize the card faces and backs and the background with high-quality images. With Menu, they can start a new game, resume the current one, and replay. Lastly, with Hint and Undo, they can reveal moves and undo mistakes, respectively.
How to play:
Pick custom options. Review the face-up cards. Rearrange the cards to find the Aces and start partial builds. Use exposed free cells to create builds starting with Kings. Check the score, time played, moves and current time along the top of the screen. Complete the foundation piles. After a game, review stats by using the clipboard icon in the upper-left corner.Controls:
